The Construction of the Bhindar palace was started by Maharaj Shakti Singh ji. Maharaj Bhan Singh ji laid the first stone of the palace and ever since with every successive ruler, there was an addition of a new building hence making the palace grand. Although Mewar gracefully sustained a number of Islamic invasions, there isn’t any Islamic or foreign impact on the architecture of the region.

With the rediscovery that Bhindar underwent, it brought a helm of revision making it a tourist attraction and a wedding destination.
